BOTAŞ, Presidency of Defense Industries and HAVELSAN are cooperating for the local and national software “KOVAN”

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding for the use of HAVELSAN Corporate Resource Management System (KOVAN) at BOTAŞ was held in Ankara on October 4, 2021.

BOTAŞ, the strategic corporation of our country in the field of energy, is taking a big step towards localization in the corporate resource management system as well.

Thanks to KOVAN, which was developed by taking into consideration international standards and current technologies, Türkiye's critical mission data will be stored with local systems.

The National SCADA System, another project currently being carried out between BOTAŞ and Presidency of Defense Industries, will be commissioned as of November 2021 on Batman-Dörtyol Crude Oil Pipeline, where it will be used for the first time.
