The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Fatih DÖNMEZ, inspected Silivri Natural Gas Storage Facility, Turkey's first natural gas storage facility owned by BOTAŞ. During his visit to the Facility, Minister DÖNMEZ was accompanied by Deputy General Manager, M. Talha PAMUKÇU and the Head of Storage I Department, Hüseyin AKMAZ. DÖNMEZ, who was briefed by BOTAŞ officials regarding the works for the expansion of the Facility’s storage capacity, said that with the ongoing works, one of the most critical projects in terms of Turkey’s security of energy supply is being implemented.
